Does your project require support with planning, managing, monitoring and health and safety co-ordination? Our team are here to help.
Fully conversant with and compliant in all aspects of undertaking the ‘Principle Contractor’ role in line with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, our team manage projects of all sizes and levels of complexity, delivering on time and on budget.
As Project Manager/ Principle Contractor we will:
- apply principles of prevention as laid down by the CDM Regulations
- control and organise co-operation between ourselves and the sub-contractors and between the sub-contractors, especially where there are overlapping responsibilities
- ensure all sub-contractors are fully proficient, compliant in relation to liabilities, health & safety, insurances and competences
- follow the construction phase plan compiled by us in conjunction with your team
- take responsibility for relevant inductions
- oversee the agreement of all method statements prior to any work being undertaken
As part of the successful delivery of any new installations or major upgrades and, in liaison with your team (and any relevant principle designer), we understand the project management role is key to managing risk, providing strong leadership and ensuring standards are understood and adhered to, throughout the whole process.
It is our aim to improve communication, collaboration, productivity and efficiencies and most importantly bring the project in on time and in budget.
